Our CEO Greig, looks after the big picture. He ensures everything we do at MSIP is strategic and fits with our goal of being a world leading innovation parc focused on sustainable mobility and decarbonisation.

Colin is in charge of all operational activities at MSIP, including the development and delivery of the Transformation Plan to evolve the Michelin site into the Innovation Parc.

Gill leads on Marketing and Communications for MSIP. She is responsible for the development and delivery of MSIP’s Marketing Strategy and Plan and has oversight of all collateral, social media, events, press coverage and engagement.

Audrey is our Financial Controller. As well as making sure everyone gets paid the right amount and on time, Audrey keeps MSIP running, taking care of all procurement, policies and contracts.

Katie’s focus is to create, deliver and manage the content on all of our digital channels – including our website and social media accounts. She also supports Gill with anything and everything that comes under ‘Marketing and Communications’, which we’re quickly learning is a very broad spectrum!

Robert is in charge of all facilities at MSIP, making sure everything runs efficiently for our team and those located at the Innovation Parc. That includes energy management, facilities and client Support. Robert is also the site Electrical Engineer.

Colin is our Business Development Manager, responsible for identifying, attracting and bringing companies to MSIP. It’s not a hard sell though, as MSIP offers so much to those located here!

Gordon ensures that MSIP is fully compliant on all things environmental, matching our green aspirations with the right credentials. He will also ensure we are fully health and safety compliant, and that everyone is safe and sticking to the rules!

Sarah is responsible for all innovation activity at MSIP. As well as working with our academic partners and other innovation parks, she will explore opportunities for collaboration across industry, academia and government, creating a dynamic environment for our Innovation Campus and partners.

Linda is our Administrative Assistant, she is responsible for keeping the MSIP team organised and making sure that everything in the office runs smoothly.
